Trei’s First Multifamily-Project in the US
In Matthews, a suburb of the city of Charlotte, Trei has developed a total of 359 rental apartments on a plot of around 60,700 square metres. Raised in the so-called “garden style,” the housing estate comprises six separate buildings of four storeys each that divide into apartments of 2 to 4 rooms. In addition to attractive green areas, the complex includes a gym, coworking areas, a proprietary swimming pool, a dog daycare service with a fenced dog run area and charging stations for electric cars.
Matthews is part of the Charlotte-Concorde-Gastonia metro region and roughly 15 minutes away from Charlotte by car.
The project was sold to an investor in October 2021.
